Kevin is absolutely on the money!
Anytime I have felt not quite right about a property, I have learned to pass it by. One was a 7-unit apartment complex. Looked okay, needed some work, then realized it only had 5 meters. Which meant the current owners were trying to hide that they had 7 units, and we could get into some minor trouble with the county. There were other things, too. I am glad we backed out of it.
There have been numerous houses we have looked at, and we have learned that if I or my husband have a "not right" feeling, we should just keep looking. Trust your gut.
Thank you all so much for your words of wisdom. It all makes sense . Im ready started looking at h ouses today and yea the guy feeling was there so its back to looking again . But thats ok , I will make mistakes , but I will also learn from them and isnt knowledge the key to anything in life ? So again thanks to you all for taking the time out of your day .
