Cleaning Service After An Eviction?
I have just had some tenants vacate a property here in Garland, Texas ( Dallas -FW metro ).

I am looking for someone to remove alot of their trash they left behind
( 2 ) On account of the cats I need to have carpets cleaned and have the place chemically cleaned by a pest control service.

Lastly, the place needs a domestic clean .
As there is no structural damage done, I cannot hand this over contractors and handymen I used in the past to do the rehabs.
Does anyone have any solutions? The neighbours have offered to have a college student do the cleaning work but I dumping truck service, pest control cleaning will need to be carried out by a professional service.
