What does this indetail??
I bought condo and they said 300 and we raised it to 750....What what does this include, I know smoke detectors and stuff but what else?

A certificate of occupancy issued by the local inspectors. In my area it is required to be updated every five years. it includes smoke detectors inside and outside of every bed room, hard wired detectors in common area of buildings, carbon monoxide detectors, all windows must in working order with no cracks bigger then 4 inches, two means of egress from each apartment, and any general safety concerns
