Rehab/HELOC?

I will be closing on a property next week. My intentions are to do the repairs and have it ready to rent in less than a month. I spoke to the bank yesterday, and the lady said there are no seasoning issues for a HELOC. Is this true?

    Generally true as it is a "second" on the property.
