Real Estate Project Help!
Hello, I am a junior in college and I am working on a market analysis project for a residential real estate property. I have a few questions regarding some items in the report. What is the best way to go about getting zoning status and zoning constraints on the property? I also need a copy of the tax map. Is it possible to have this stuff faxed to me? I go to school in South Carolina but live in New Jersey. Thank you in advance for your help. -Jeremy

begin by going to the county planning/zoning department. They probably have a website that can answer basic questions for you.
