Re Sudvision And The Partial Release Clause...
Is partial release a condition for parcel map approval before the city will issue a certificate of compliance? I.e., if the property is currently mortgaged, will the city require proof of a partial release clause from the lender before the city will grant a subdivision? Thanks.
