What do you full time self employed REIs' do about health insurance for yourself and your families?

We set up a Section 105 plan and strategy with a company out of Cincinnati. Don't know if they can help you in NV, but I am sure their strategy is "universal".

I belong to my local Chamber of Commerce and they have a Blue Shield plan I avail myself of.
