Home in GA, owners in MI. Can I mail them a quit claim and have them both sign and notarize then record here in GA or does it need to be signed and notorized in GA via POA?
They should be able to sign and notarize it in MI. But I would recommend using a notary that’s familiar with doing RE documents for other states. Sometimes there’s different forms and documents they need to submit.

MI notary should be fine. Make sure you send specific instructions if there are any special forms to execute.
