Tree Branches On Another Property
A tree on my property has branches which are next to cable wires going to neighbor's house. Do I need to take care of this branch legally? He just asked me to cut it as it may ruin his cable wire.
On another house I have ar neighbor with his tree's branches on top of my roof and they told me that this is my problem.
Who is responsible?
the branches going to your neighbor's cable wire are your responsibility. the neighbor's branches that are on your roof are most certainly his responsibilty. i suggest you have the branches that are laying on your roof taken care of immediatly by your neighbor.
