The Landlord System By Anesia Springborn
Hello Everyone,
I am buying a 32 unit residential apartment complex. I have been looking at The Landlord System by Anesia Springborn to help with setting up systems to handle all the management issues of ownership.
I will be managing the property myself.
Does anyone have personal experience with this system? Was it helpful? Relevant? Or just a big mess of paperwork?

There are many good property management software programs. I would recommend one for a 32 unit residnental apartment. Do a search on this site.
Have you any experience with property management? If not, you are going to be in for a world of hurt trying to manage it yourself. You had better get educated quickly.
