Starting New PM Company
Hello All
What is the process required to start a property management company? Please email me any forms you may have - especially looking for an operating agreement.
Background: I am buying a 42-unit building and want to make sure things are running properly before I hand it over to some random PM company. I currently have 9 rentals that my unemployed girlfriend assists me on. I would like to have her be the PM for the 42-unit. Should I set this up where my company pays her company for services that way she has right-offs like mileage? What pros and cons are there?
