Section 8....can they rent a mobile home?
I know this is likely a dumb question but please excuse me because I'm new.
I'm thinking of purchasing a MH/on land and it might be good section 8 property. I've had dealings with this program in the past but it was always with a home.
Thanks for any answers! Also, is there somewhere on line where section 8 info can be found....like what the rents are in what areas...etc.....?
What did the Section 8 program administrator for your county tell you when you asked them this question?

Of course I haven't asked here locally yet. We just went and looked at the MH yesterday (Saturday) so they wouldn't have been open. I figured I'd take the lazy way first and ask other investors who may already know the answer. I will indeed give them a call though. Thank you for responding.
