Rents In Columbus, Ohio

Most of my rentals turn in the summer months. As such, I am getting ready to determine how much, if any, I should raise the rents for my units. Does any one else know how rentals are going in the Columbus area? Does anyone have any tips for determining how much is market rate? In the past I have just driven around and called numbers on "For Rent" signs in the neighborhood.

    Try to determine what the big time professional property management companies are asking.

    P.S. I don't give a damn about the whole state of Michigan.
