Renting/Selling Home With Lead Based Paint/Mold
1) I am wondering if anyone knows the average cost to remediate mold and lead-based paint in homes that may have these problems(3 bd/2ba in CA).
2) If I get a professional remediator to do the work, am I still liable for damages in selling the home or in renting it out if the remediator did not do a good enough job?
3)Do I still need to disclose on sale or rent that at one time there was a mold or lead paint problem even after professional remediation??
