I'm relatively new to REI so some of the terms I don't understand. The one I was reading the other day was PITI what does that stand for? Hold the laughter any help would be appreciated :-? Thanks

    PITI: principal, interest, RE taxes, RE insurance

    PITI consists of the components of the monthly mortgage payment.
