i read about score sheets in a forum on ****This URL Not allowed**** but i cannot find that message again. As i understand you use a list of questions related to an applicant and a score assigned to each of the possible answers. For example
"Has pets? YES -0 points NO-10 points",
"Will sign a lease for 1year - 5points 2 years-10 points" etc...
So for each applicant you calculate a total score and select the one who has the highest. This way if you have to, you can justify how you made your decision.
thanks
Victoria

Aside from an rental application, we are confused as to what score you are attempting to achieve.
Maybe you could provide additional detail.
