Hello everyone,
I have been renting my unit for past 2years and I am ready to sell. COuld you let me know what your experience has been with forSaleByOwner . com

Is it better to go through a listing agent to get on MLS or going through the above service is just fine?

    Pam, have you thought of selling it yourself? Is this unit in a Condo complex or? Is the unit vacan now? do you live near by? what type of location is it? It is not hard to find buyers especially these days with so much demand in the market.
