Hey, For Rentals, you will NOT make any more money each month by adding a security system. It might prevent a break-in during a vacancy, but I use a portable system that I put in each property when it becomes vacant. I use the same thing for rehabs.
if you want to use security check out www.x10.com they have flood lights with cams and vcr recorders and many other systems cheap....km
