Looks like I will nee to rent a cottage in Northern Michigan, Torch Lake to be exact. What type of Insurance do I need and where can I get it? I live in Florida.
May be best to put it on a dwelling, or "secondary residence with rental" policy. I have our vacation home on Norris Lake insured as such. Sounds like a similar situation. If your local Agent can't find you such a policy, feel free to PM me and I would be happy to refer you to someone.
