I Have Another Question?
I decided that i was going to become a broker instead of doing the whole investment thang(just not for me right now) but i am a little concerned with the over head. So now i have a new web site that is under construction that advertises vegas apartments and coming some soon st louis. I will eventaully go nation wide but want to check out the maket for this. Landlords and members subscribe for 60 days and advertise there property for a cost of 84.00. I think in vegas this would be great !!! but what do u guys think.
oh by the way would i need any type of license to do this ???????
