Help Northern IL Landlords

Hello all. I need some help finding a place to reside. In recent months my other half and I have split up and now have sold our house. Now I need a new place, that is where the problems start. First off the last couple of years for work have been crap so my credit has since fallen below average. Second I have a dog that I would rather not part with, my kids would be devastated. I will have at least 6 months rent in advance from the sale of my house though. What I am looking for really is something in McHenry, Crystal Lake area, 2 bedrooms, rent no more than $850 per month and dog friendly. My children will live there part time. I also own a small handyman, remodeling business and could do any work around the place you need. Thank you in advance for any help or even reading my post.
