Finding Managing Agents For Rental Property
I am currently considereing my first US rental purchase, having owned and still maintaining rental property in Britain. The system here seems to be different. My UK property is managed entirely by a realtor specialising in rentals. They find and screen tenants, deal with problems and collect the rent. For this they deduct 12% each month. IS there anything similar here, as I would need a fully managed service once I return to England permanently inthe next couple of years? My yellow pages only seems to show companies that deal with managing apartment blocks or commercial properties (a lot larger than my initial single unit). :-o manda.miller@virgin.net">manda.miller@virgin.net
There are smaler property managers here. Some time the are RE brokers turned prop. manager.
I have been shopping for one of late, and no one has called back. Very frustrating.
