Eviction Proceedings After Judge Had Signed
I have a rental property and have went thru the correct steps for eviction. I am currently waiting on the Judge to sign the final document. My question is if the tenants have not moved out by that time and I have to get a writ from the sherriff, what am I responsible for as far as the tenants belongings? They have a beater car in the driveway and it is on blocks??? Also the stuff that is still in the house?? Do I have to put personal belongings to the side of the road or can I keep them for recovery? The rental property is in Florida.
