Electric Tankless Water Heaters
Hi guys. Just curious if anyone has had any experiences with these? I have an electric water heater in one of my top floor units which is on its last leg and I am thinking of replacing with an electric tankless water heater. Seems like there are many advantages with a little extra cost but less install time.

When I looked at it, they were A LOT more money to service the area that was serviced by my existing water heater. Installation also was more expensive. On the plus side, they do seem to last longer tehn water heaters. I could never get past the significant cost increase over negligible energy benefits.
