My grandfather is purchasing a 25-30 unit multifamily complex that he would like me to manage. However I do not have a brokers liscense. Will this prohibit me from helping him?

I think you need a brokers liscense to manage property for OTHER people. But I am not 100% sure, this reply will bump the topic to the top, maybe someone else knows for sure.
I am aware that it is needed to manage property for others, but i am unaware if it is needed when it is for family members.
