Credit Check
i have 3 rental properties that the tenants who are renting these properties want to purchase. But i dont think they would qualify for a mortgage. 2 families have know credit and the other person has a 492 credit score. Anyone have any suggestions how i may be able to help them get qualified ?
Owner finance the entire sale -- no bank qualifying needed.
