Business Plan Example For Landlords
Hiya: I have 3 rental properties in Fla, and would love to have more. I'd like to get a SBA loan and take it to the next level, but I will need to make a business plan to get started. Does anyone have an example of a Business plan based on renting SFR or multi-units? Any info appreciated. Jerry W
