Buildings Or Houses
I have gains from the sale of two homes that should be around 100000.00, Ive been debating as to if I should buy a small apt complex (40 units of so) or buy 4 plexes or houses. Im concerned about houses because I see so many vacant rental homes in my area, but Ill get a better rate and terms on houses.
Also can I do a 1031 exchange on the sale of a new construction house and roll it into multiple investments ? Thanks
