Hi all, an investment group I belong to out here in CA is offering a few condos in Gautier, MS. They are 1/1’s and 2/2’s in the 90k range and they come furnished. They say construction companies currently rent them for $1800 on a month to month basis as housing for employees. Long term rents in the $900/mo. range when construction dries up.
Does anyone have any idea if this is legitimate? Do these rent ranges sound correct? And if it is for real, what kind of life span will the $1800/mo have? Are construction crews going to be in high demand for the next few years?
