Any Opinions About "Landlord's Cash Flow Analyzer" Software?
Has anywone tried the aforementioned software designed by Douglass Rutherford, CPA? I'm tempted to purchase the pro version through Mr. Landlord, but i'm not sure if it's worth the $54.95. Is there anything else better out there? :-?
