Advertising Rentals
Where are you guys advertising your rentals to attract a good base of tenants?
I have above average quality properties and we usually charge slightly below market rent, as I feel this keeps people in the house longer and therefore saves $.
I have been using Craigslist and get alot of interest (usually 10+ calls per property within 2-3 days) But it seems like the quality of tenants interested is not very good.

craigslist ! newspapers are way too expensive.
also, post for free on hotpads
Place a sign - not necessarily but the property but rather close to the road with higher traffic
