Advertise Condo For Rent In Central Florida

lamine profile photo

Hi all,
I have a lakefront condo I am trying to rent. I can advertise the condo in almost every magazine... yet I do not know if any of them really work... at least nothing I tried worked for the past 2 months.
Anyone has had a good experience with a particular advertising channel in that region (for a good price)? :-(

Of all things, the thrifty nickel, and the grocery store cards have worked the best for me. That was in Pinellas Park area though. I cant say what will be trhe best for your area.

    Good Luck,

    Hi Kyle,
    Thanks for the tip.
The orlando sentinnel is very expensive... is it worth the money.
Also what did you mean by groceries cards?

    lamine,

    Glad to meet you.

When you advertise go with the numbers, do you want to have a very small audience see your ad or A Very Large Audience see your ad, go with the Sentinel.

Years ago when I was manageing a lot of units we did this big marketing study where we put ads in every paper we could find in chicago. We tracked the results not only to see which ad generated the most calls but which generated the most rented apartments per ad dollar spent. Oddly enough we got the most calls from the Sun-Times but rented the most apartments from a free weekly called the Reader.

My point is that the "big guys" have this kind of data. Find a company that manages a lot of apartments near where you are and ask them where they advertise.
