Where To Get Info On Deep Discount Notes
A friend on mine, Larry, wants to get into discount notes. He is interested in notes where the banks foreclosed and the properties have been unsold. We spoke to a couple of banks who say they sell to a major note buyer but would not give the name.
Any ideas on who he can contact for buying those notes?
once the lender foreclose there is NO note, it is REO or real esate owned.
Investing in discounted notes is prior to foreclosure, where they can still trash the house or declare BK.
