Where To Find A MLO
We are starting to write our own paper (owner finance) on SFR we own and need a MLO (mortgage loan originator) to do all the legals and keep us in compliance. Do most of you more seasoned owner financers use a local person or someone over the web? While you are waiting for the loan paperwork to get started would you suggest putting your buyer in on a short term rental/rent to own or none of the above and why? I have 2 houses we are owner financing now and they want in ASAP
