What kind of Mortgage should I use?
I am looking to invest in pre-foreclosed houses. I am planning on renting these houses out for 1-2 years and then selling them. WHat kind of martgage would be best for me in this situation. Please help me! I have an appointment with a broker tomorrow 2/27/03. Any information will be much appreciated. :coolgrin:
