Soccessful Birddog/cashflow Specialist Needs Help
I called about a cashflow and the guy has property for sale in a booming area in tennesee. I was told if I can get an investor for the property, he will sell me the note. This is a great investment and I am on a brain freeze ( excitement). I need any hints and tips I can get right now! He is in bad health and wants to move quick and Im at a stand still. If one of you pros could help me out here, I would be forever grateful
