Refinance 3 Properties
I have 3 properties one is a 3 unit one is a single family and one is 2 apt with a store front. The fmv of the properties is between $200,000 and $225,000. Would it be possible to get a loan or multiple loans for $175,000 to $180,000 with a good interest rate and no money out of pocket. My fico score is 767.

I remember reading a post about a blanket mortgage, so you might want to look for something like that if you wanted to make it all a single loan. Im not sure exactly how it works, but that could lead you in the right direction since it is multiple properties and it sounds like you want them under the same loan.
Not that hard then with your credit score. Youll have to pay for appraisals and stuff probably, but after that the closing costs should be next to nothing.
