Need Help Closing The Deal
We have a person in a house in a lease/option. House worth $131K She gave 3% down owes $127K She has been in the house for 16 months and never been late on a payment. One payment we did a split on but was still paid before the 15th of the month. (She had to repair the heater) Here is the situation. We only have a 2 year option on our underlying L/O with the original owner. She is 16 months out of a BK. Credit score not the best. We will hold a second on the deal. Would anyone be interested in putting together some financing for a first. We still have a few months before we lose the house and the deal. What ansewers do you need from here? Thanks Sire

They should be able to get a loan. But a lot depends upon the score and how big of a second you will cary.
