Lenders Needed For Virginia Fourplexes
Does anyone have any lenders which will lend 90% LTV after fix up on Fourplexes in Virginia. I am looking for a program in which the lender will lend for acquisition and fix up both not to exceed 90% LTV after fix up. If anyone knows of any programs please post. Thank you for your help!
