Is Possible To Refinance A Land ?
I was wondering if you can refinance a land cos I owe a land almost 2 yrs but mortgage name is under my brothers name but I was the one who was doing note payment every month so now I need to get mortgage under my name so the only thing I can think to do is to refinance the land so Is it possible to do it ? Thanks
Your brother will need to deed the property over to you. If you made the payments why is it in your brothers name?
