How long do they require you to wait, after rolling over a construction loan to permanent financing, before getting a HELOC on the property??

I would guess that to be a bank by bank issue. The CU I use had not restriction.
How are the banks handling HELOCs right now? Are they getting harder and harder to get?
As long as the asset (real estate) used as collateral continues to drop in value....Lenders are going to be very conservative when appraising and lending on HELOCS.
