Hard Money Wanted In NJ I Think?
i think i found a good deal and i was wondering if anyone new a hard money lenders in nj passaic county area. i need about 250K for about 6 months maybe less. i have a seller that i think i can make him accept 250k cash for his property. he seems modtivated the property is really worth about 290k-300k can anyone help. or can anyone give me a suggestion how to go about this deal im trying to put together.
i would seek a quality broker, not really enough info about the type of program your looking for.
