Hard Money In Puerto Rico??
I cannot find a hard money lender in Puerto Rico. Fannie Mae, FHA, will all lend in Puerto Rico, but I cannot get hard money. Is there a particular reason? My credit will not let me purchase these properties without hard money. If anyone has any info, I would appreciate it. All the properties are waiting, but I cannot get the financing. Thanks in advance.
