You will not find that! Hard Money lenders ALWAYS are in the first position.
May I suggest it might be easier to take in a partner, someone who might contribute something of value like money. I prefer the silent one but in view of your stated 75% LV you might listen a bit in exchange for the wear with all. Cheers Lucius Cheers Lucius
