Have a few questions about selling a house. Can someone walk me through-Please??
OK- Have the interested buyer-the contract, and an agreed upon purchase ****Must Reach Senior Investor status before posting URL's***k---now what? Do I have to get a lawyer involved? How to you get to the point of closing? Any help would be great!
Contact a reputable title company in your area. They can handle the entire closing process.
