I was wondering, can you creat a note if you still have a mortgage on a property ?

Alot are done through escrows set up by the buyer and seller. Title companies can handle these types of transactions.

I have one mortgage being collected by a loan service company and payment made to a local bank in that state. Other notes were originally setup by giving the account # to the payer for deposit.
After setting up the account for onlinebanking this week, I can now see deposits and by whom by the amounts deposited.
Also, the bank offers Automatic Clearing House (ACH) transfers to other banks so looks like I can now make monthly transfers from the out of state bank.
