Buying Property With A Roth IRA
I am buying a house with two lots: the house is on one lot and the other lot is vacant but adjacent to the house with the lot. I want to buy the vacant lot with my IRA. The sales contract has both lots in it so the vacant lot would need to be separated. How could I buy the vacant lot with my IRA? Thanks for any input

Rewrite the Purchase and Sales contract so that you have two seperate contracts. You can have an special clause (or addenda) in each that states that this sell is contingent on closing escrow on the adjacent lot ##### at the same time that this lot.
