Business Line Of Credit
Is there anyway to use a business line of credit for a downpayment on a piece of property when using a bank loan? I know banks like to see money seasoned, any way to get around this when using a business line of credit? If not, how long does money need to be seasoned?
not all loans require downpayment seasoned. Fine a good broker in the state you are in. If you ca self-employed for 2 years, I might be able to help on the business line of credit.
a business line of credit or any line of credit is seasoned money. You just need to add in the payment for your corrected debt ratio.
