Assigning Contracts
This is a first for me but I am trying to purchase a home and then re-sell the contract to someone else before closing. My credit is bad because I lost everything a few years ago in the hurricanes in FLA. Does anyone have advice on this. I am afraid to get a deal stared and then have no one to purchase the contract from me. Please help
I reccomend reading these forums, start marketing to find buyers (one easy way is to call all the We buy Houses ads in the paper) and start asking other investors what they are looking for.
