Anyone Ever Buy A Note From The Government?
We acquired some property and one of them turns out it was foreclosed 9 years ago by the government who never put the tenant out.
He died and through some process or the other our company now has this property.
Any suggestions?

The estate was already probated and everything so the purchase was legit.
I contacted the title company that closed the purchase and they will be responsible for resolving it since they apparently overlooked it.
